Advertised Selection

Advertised selection is where we use a targeted advertising campaign in either the National Press, specialist publications or both to source a supply of candidates.

This method can work well if the client is looking for candidates with generic skills from a broader cross section of industry sector. E.g a Litigator from any sector or a strong commercial in-house counsel.

EMLegal will recommend the publications and offer a full advertising service which includes:

• The preparation of copy and creatives
• In-depth response handling and analysis
• Detailed pre-screening of qualified candidates
• The production of a shortlist to the client for their approval and selection.
