Job Description
Defendant Insurance / Personal Injury Solicitor (EL / PL)
Personal Injury / Insurance solicitor sought by leading Liverpool city centre practice to undertake EL / PL matters. We are looking for an individual able to undertake matters up to a value of £1/2M therefore you are required to have experience handling your own defendant EL / PL caseload of multi track matters, ideally gained at a leading insurance practice. In addition to your fee earning duties you will also be expected to play a part in supervising more junior members of the team.
We currently have numerous opportunities in litigation across the North West including specialist roles handling multi-track RTA, EL/PL costs, credit hire, uninsured loss recovery (ULR), special damages, compliance and handling allegations of fraud (both claimant and defendant).
