Non-Contentious Commercial Paralegal Liverpool
Exclusive In-House opportunity in Liverpool city centre for a graduate / paralegal within a non contentious commercial environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an LPC or LLB graduate to join this 23 strong In-House team in Liverpool city centre. Working within their negligence team you will focus on contracts and commercial agreements for this firms clients. You will be reviewing legal documentation from a negligence perspective and advise on the potential implications of clauses.
Initially full and structured training will be provided and you will then sit within a team of 6 advisors within the greater Legal division of approximately 23, which will provide you with a soubnd base from which to develop you knowledge and technical expertise.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, the ability to work well alone and as part of a team, a knack for prioritising their workload, the ability to make logical decisions and a high degree of enthusiasm for non contentious negligence matters. Any experience in engineering or construction would be an advantage but NOT essential. Strong Links to Liverpool are a prerequisite.
The firm understands that individuals with an LPC are likely to be seeking a training contract and, while this is not something they offer the previous incumbent has moved for this reason and, in their experience this role offers an excellent base of experience for you to gain yours.
